This project involves Additions & Alterations (A&A) works for an existing commercial office building, aimed at enhancing overall property value and tenant experience. The primary scope includes upgrading and repaving the ground-floor outdoor yard adjacent to the lobby, repaving and converting the open-air rooftop parking level into an active recreational zone featuring pickleball courts and a BBQ relaxation lounge, and reconfiguring the external vehicular ingress and egress access to optimize traffic flow and site safety.
