We pushed the boundaries of conventional residential construction with this unique 2-storey detached dwelling house, complete with a basement and swimming pool at Sentosa Cove Way. Known as the "BOAT HOUSE", and Sentosa Cove Drive as "ART HOUSE", this project showcases our dual-role expertise in managing complex geometries and exotic materials. We oversaw the entire journey from the avant-garde "ship-shape" design to the precision installation of high-grade timber elements. Our holistic approach ensured that the intricate timber craftsmanship was executed with marine-grade durability, resulting in a bespoke sanctuary that is as enduring as it is visually captivating.
