This ambitious project seamlessly blends heritage preservation with high-density commercial expansion. Our scope includes the meticulous restoration of the existing 2-storey conserved shophouse façade, the addition of a new roof mezzanine, and the erection of a new 5-storey rear commercial extension topped with a communal roof terrace.
