We served as the Structural Subcontractor for the Punggol West Contract 28 development, known as Punggol Topaz. This residential project involved the structural execution of a high-density precinct consisting of 352 residential units, contributing to the modern urban landscape of the Punggol waterfront district. Implemented efficient formwork and casting cycles to maintain steady progress across 352 units, ensuring the structural integrity of the high-rise framework.
