As the Structural Subcontractor, we were responsible for the reinforced concrete structural works for the Punggol East development. This residential project at Punggol Edgedale Plains comprised a total of 449 units, including the construction of Block 121A (Residential) and Block 121 (Multi-Storey Car Park). Delivered the core RC framework for high-rise residential units, ensuring strict adherence to HDB’s rigorous quality and safety benchmarks.
